Academic Credit Requirements

| Minimum CGPA | For National Diploma (ND) programmes, a minimum CGPA of 2.00 on a 5.00 scale is required. |
| Research Project | Final-year students must submit and successfully defend an original Research Project or Technical Report in their field of study. |
| Clinical & Practical Requirements | Logbook Completion: Students in clinical courses (e.g., CHEW, Pharmacy Technician, Medical Lab) must have their logbooks fully signed and vetted during industrial attachment or hospital postings. |
| Compulsory Postings | Completion of all required SIWES or hospital-based clinical rotations is mandatory. |
| Professional Board Exams | Students must pass the National Qualifying Examination conducted by relevant regulatory boards (e.g., PCN, CHPRBN, MLSCN). |
| Administrative Clearances | Financial Clearance: Full payment of all fees and clearance from the Bursary. Library Clearance: Return of all borrowed materials. Character Requirement: Must be of good conduct with no disciplinary cases. |
