General Admission Policies

• Age & Marital Status: There is no age barrier, and marital status is not a restriction for any applicant.
• Flexibility: We accept a combination of two sittings for O’Level results.
• Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of ₦10,000 is required.
• How to Apply: Applications are completed via our online portal or in person at the Admissions Office.

How to Apply

Applying to Havilah College of Health Science and Technology, Ise-Ekiti is a streamlined online process. Follow the steps below:

1. Visit the Portal: Go to portal.havilahcollege.com.ng.
2. Create an Account: Click “Register” or “New Applicant” and provide your details.
3. Pay Application Fee: Pay the non-refundable fee of ₦10,000 via an Inter-Switch enabled debit card.
4. Fill Bio-Data Form: Complete your application form on the dashboard.
5. Upload Documents:
   • Passport photograph (JPEG, max 50KB)
   • O’Level results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB – max two sittings)
6. Preview & Submit: Review your details carefully before submission.
7. Print Slips: Print your Application and Screening Slips for physical screening.

Note: Candidates awaiting O’Level results can apply but must update their records once results are available.
